I had such a lovely morning at Back to Basics, it made my day! Every Wednesday they have a free craft morning where people can pop in with questions about projects they're working on, share inspiration, do a bit of networking, or just for a chat about crafts... I really can't recommend this brilliant initiative, by Back to Basics, enough - it's a fantastic way to meet other local creative people.
I'm going to be there every Wednesday helping out with any crochet/knitting queries, so please do come and say hello anytime between 9-11.30am.
Back to Basics also offer lots of different creative workshops in the evenings and weekends, it's a completely non profit organisation - your fees will go straight back into the community so not only will you learn a new skill; you'll also provide the opportunity for someone else to learn one.
