Olympics

Today the Olympics starts here in East London and you can definitely feel the excitement in the air. I was on the train yesterday and it was packed with people who were here for the Olympics. I was carrying lots of cushion covers over to a shop that's going to sell them (I'll write more about it later) and three lovely American ladies, who's sons were going to play in the orchestra at the Olympics, were asking me about them, and payed them so many compliments, it really made my day - so if you happen to read this; thank you so much!

I'll be supporting Denmark, Great Britain and Luxembourg at this Olympics. Luxembourg has only ever won four medals at the Olympics, the last one was a gold medal for the 1500 meters won in Helsinki in 1952 by Josy Barthel. So they've gone 60 years without a medal. They definitely deserve one this year!
